    Head Chef, Gary Burke, will showcase his talents on the six course tasting menu. Dine in the beautiful surroundings of our 18th Century Abbey. A menu bursting with the flavours of Spring and exquisitinly crafted using the very best of local suppliers and fine foods from the season and region. Combining innovative presentation with local seasonal produce, this is a culinary journey not to be missed.

    Diners will be shown to the dimly lit table, blind folded and presented with a 5 course tasting menu with matching wines.  Each course is designed to toy with the senses. 

    The menu will be kept a secret until the evening but will include an excellent selection of fish an dmeat as well as interesting twists on vegetable dishes and decadent sweet treats.
