Set on a 138 acre estate, the original house offers numerous wedding reception venue options including; our classically designed River Room Restaurant for up to 70 guests, the enchanting 18th Century Abbey for intimate banquets for up to 30 guests, the grandeur of our Corrib Suite with picture windows and panoramic views overlooking the estate for up to 170 guests and the Palmer Bar & Ffrench Room for an elegant drinks reception venue.
The details of our Wedding Packages, which are based on a minimum number of 100 guests, are outlined below. If you are considering a more intimate wedding with less than 100 guests, we would be happy to tailor a package for you.

"My husband and I were married at Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate & Estate and cannot be more impressed with the hotel & staff! They made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We are American so it was a little dubious planning everything from so far away but the wedding manager, Valerie, was very responsive and always put my mind at ease when I had 10000+ questions I needed answered. As an event planner myself it was difficult not to personally check in on every detail on our wedding day so just knowing Valerie was there put me at ease so I could enjoy myself. For any brides considering this venue- the bridal suite was large enough to comfortably get ready with my 6 bridesmaids, hair & make-up artist + photographer; if your party is larger no problem! Mark and his team were also amazing, the food was perfect, bar service superb, there is absolutely nothing I would change. Aside from our perfect wedding, Glenlo Abbey Hotel & Estate & Estate was fantastic, we loved having a beautiful breakfast each morning. We spent a good amount of time in the Palmer bar which had a great range of whiskeys and cocktails to choose from. We will definitely be back!!"
